Generally good, one small hitch

I used FRS Clipper for a Seattle to Victoria trip, including a Butchart Gardens tour package. Booking was straightforward on their website. The ferry ride was pleasant and on schedule. The bus transfer to Butchart Gardens was efficient too. My only minor gripe was that the onboard meal service took a little longer than expected to get our order, but the food was fine once it arrived. Overall, a solid experience, but they could probably streamline the meal ordering during peak times.

Consistent service as usual

This was my third time using FRS Clipper for the Seattle to Victoria route, and they were consistent as always. I booked the basic economy fare. The online booking worked fine, and the ferry departed and arrived pretty much on schedule. I always appreciate how organized the boarding process is. It's why I keep coming back for these trips; they're reliable.

Good deal for Victoria trip

I booked the Seattle to Victoria round trip with the hotel and ferry package deal. It felt like a good value compared to buying everything separately. I saved a decent amount, probably about 15-20% overall. It made the whole trip much more affordable, definitely worth it for what we got.

Easy trip to Victoria

We took the Victoria Clipper from Seattle to Victoria for a weekend getaway. It was pretty easy to book online. The ride was smooth, and the staff seemed nice. It was a comfortable way to travel and didn't take too long. I'd do it again for sure.

Best way to travel!

Oh my goodness, my trip on the Victoria Clipper was amazing! We did the whale watching and ferry combo, and it was just incredible. Saw so many orcas! The ferry itself was so comfortable, and the views were stunning. I'm already planning my next trip back to Victoria with them! You have to try it!

Smooth sailing, clear process

I booked the Victoria to Seattle ferry service along with an afternoon tea package. The online booking process was clear, and I received immediate email confirmation. Arrival at the terminal was easy; check-in staff were efficient, and luggage handling was quick. The ferry departed on time, and the seats in the Vista Class were quite comfortable with good legroom. The afternoon tea package was delivered right to my seat, and the quality of the food was surprisingly good for ferry service. Disembarking in Seattle was also orderly. Customer support responded within an hour when I had a question about changing my booking date (though I didn't end up changing it). It took about 3 days for my ticket to be fully processed, but the journey itself was great.

Does anyone know if the military discount applies to everyone in your group or just the service member?

C Chris 1 month ago
From what I remember, it's just for the military member themselves. My husband used his ID but the rest of us paid full price. You might want to double check their site though.

i think it's usually just for the individual. that's how most of these discounts work.

Hey guys, thinking about booking a trip to Victoria with the Clipper. Is it worth springing for the fancy seats or just stick with economy?

E Elena K. 2 months ago
I've done both! Economy is totally fine, especially if you're out on deck a lot. But the premium class has comfy chairs and usually better views, plus they bring you drinks and stuff. For a special occasion, def do premium.

Nah, save your money. It's not that long of a ride. Just grab a good spot in economy and enjoy the scenery. Maybe bring your own snacks too.
